February 2013 - nice warm summer day. Discovered how to Skype family and friends and I rang Sydney for a whole ten cents (10 cents) - what a bargain!!
It pays to perservere - 'cos I was getting tired of trying to use Skype and not convincing the family to use it too. Last call to Sydney on the normal Telstra service cost me over $30.
In the letterbox this morning I found a thrown down gauntlet - te he - and guess what? I'm just going to give it the attention it deserves - absolutely zip ! ! !
It comes from an ill-informed, but highly trained retired nurse. One of those people who just have to continue with what they've always believed otherwise they'll have to face having been wrong; and, that's too high a price to pay for a bit of enlightenment - eh ?
The writing was actually legible - which means that she really wanted to be understood. That was unusual.
